What your future day will look like:
- Serve as the Tier II escalation point, tackling advanced technical issues beyond Level I support while assisting high-priority and VIP clients. Provide both remote and on-site support across servers, networks, firewalls, wireless access points, and end-user environments.
- Administer Windows Server environments including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file services, and Remote Desktop Services. Support and troubleshoot virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V, along with cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure.
- Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs (site-to-site and client), switches, and routing. Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and security/compliance features to ensure secure and seamless collaboration.
- Monitor systems to address alerts, performance issues, capacity concerns, and security risks. Implement and test backup and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard data integrity and ensure business continuity.
- Lead or contribute to server upgrades, migrations, onboarding, and infrastructure standardization initiatives.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree Engineering or related field preferred
- 3-5+ yrs in the IT field required, MSP experience a plus
- Spanish is a plus.
