What your future day will look like:
- Deliver comprehensive hardware and software support for employees and third-party contractors by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues across workstations, printers, accessories, and select firewall, network, and server systems
- Take ownership of IT support tickets by prioritizing requests, resolving issues efficiently, escalating when appropriate, and guiding users on proper hardware and software usage to promote productivity and security.
- Support and monitor email systems, including managing email flow, inspecting and blocking phishing or spam attempts, and helping maintain a secure messaging environment.
- Configure and maintain user technology by setting up new and rebuilding existing computers (wiping devices, installing approved operating systems and software, applying baseline policies), decommissioning outdated equipment, managing system accounts and permissions, and issuing physical security badges and alarm codes.
- Strengthen and maintain IT operations by completing recurring support tasks, updating role-specific documentation, tracking hardware and software inventory, assisting with internal and cloud-based infrastructure monitoring (including physical security systems), and helping ensure compliance with data security standards such as SOC 2 and PCI DSS.

Type: Direct
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Degree in Technical Fields or equivalent experience
- Certification in CompTIA A+ and Network+ preferred
- Experience with all Microsoft Office, Exchange products, Windows 11 configuration and troubleshooting, hardware repair(PC/laptops), and peripherals.
- Basic understanding of backup solutions
- Basic understanding of Microsoft servers, including DNS, DHCP, file/print servers
