What your future day will look like:
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer-facing activities, including preparing sales quotes, managing orders, and ensuring accurate order confirmations.
- Proactively generate new business by making outbound sales and cold calls, while building and strengthening relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Champion an exceptional customer experience by developing deep product knowledge and educating customers on solutions, including selling full packages and accessories.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by staying informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies, and using this insight to negotiate effectively and maximize sales value.
- Collaborate daily with the TSM to drive market share growth, while tracking progress and performance through weekly Pulse Reports.
