What your future day will look like:

• Will be the LMS expert for global company with approximate 2000 end users. Will demonstrate mastery of the LMS s features and functions.
• Project Management and problem solving for user interface issues, navigation challenges, etc. Point of contact for LMS vendor.
• Support the instructional design team on recommendation for overall course structure, pacing, digital media assets, gamification, certificate management, knowledge assessments, and course feedback.
• Manage assigning and modifying course loads.
• Manage the API connections from ADP, LMS and other internal systems.
• Recognize and resolve the issues that may appear when it comes to course design, it s configuration or infrastructure.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor s Degree or 2-year degree plus 3 years job-related experience required.
• Knowledge of and experience with LMS and other instructional design technologies
• Experience with authority tools (e.g., Rise 360, Articulate, etc.)
• Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
• Ability to design and implement effective training and development systems.
