What your day will look like:

Manage inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with insurance enrollment, plan information, and general support.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads, complete enrollment steps, and support campaign initiatives.
Guide customers through the enrollment process while ensuring all regulatory and compliance standards are met.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Life & Health SC Insurance License
Experience in customer service, call center operations, or insurance enrollment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Word and Excel
