What your future day will look like:

• Contact freight carriers to set up shipments
• Process shipment requests in the system
• Contact customers to provide shipment status updates
• Assist in invoicing
• Review and resolve freight claims.
• Manage other service requests when needed

• Solid work history with limited job changes
• Invoicing experience
• QuickBooks proficiency a strong plus
• Freight logistics experience a strong plus
