What your future day will look like:
- Fixturing designs, tooling designs and CNC programs
- Use CAD & CAM systems
- Design decisions - machine selection, part orientation, fixturing points, clamping strategy and tools
- Quote machining prices
- Oversee startup of production area
- Troubleshooting machining problems
- Implement continuous improvements on the process

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Technical degree preferred
- 2+ years with CNC machines and tools
- 2+ years with CAD/CAM software (MasterCam, SolidWorks, Inventor)
