What your future day will look like:
- Designed custom tooling and fixtures to support production.
- Improved manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and product quality.
- Developed CAD models and technical drawings for machining applications.
- Diagnosed equipment issues and implemented effective corrective solutions.
- Led tooling development projects supporting new manufacturing capabilities.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams and suppliers on tooling requirements.
- Managed preventive maintenance programs to reduce production downtime.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Associate’s in Machine Tool Technology + Work Experience
- 3+ years in a machining engineering role
- AutoCAD/SolidWorks proficiency
