Maintenance Lead

What your future day will look like:
- Set up, maintain, and repair machinery and facility systems to support production
- Respond promptly to unexpected equipment issues during operations
- Carry out routine inspections and scheduled servicing of machines
- Perform basic machining and fabrication tasks as needed
- Utilize manuals and schematics to guide repair and maintenance work
- Coordinate with external technicians and vendors for complex repairs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and sensor-based systems
- Operate a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment to complete tasks
- Monitor for irregularities or defective components and report concerns
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Support additional tasks as directed by plant leadership

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and electrical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with maintaining and repairing sensor-based and automated equipment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
