What your future day will look like:

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians to troubleshoot/repair production equipment
• Lead preventative maintenance activities
• Repair and troubleshoot control systems on plant equipment
• Work with production supervisor and maintenance technicians to execute work orders
• Get machines up and running to capacity
• Oversee and compose maintenance procedures - compiling records of equipment and machinery
• Train and supervise maintenance department employees
• Assist in maintaining an inventory of spare parts for all machines to minimize downtime
• Move/install plant and building equipment - making pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic line connections

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Degree in an Engineering/Technical related field is preferred
• 5+ years of hands on maintenance leadership experience
• 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong electro-mechanical knowledge
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, machine drawings and written instructions
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
