What your future day will look like:
- Lead cost accounting activities, including cost analysis, variance reporting, and manufacturing cost controls.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes while monitoring performance against financial targets.
- Prepare financial reports and analyses that provide insight into costs, operational performance, and improvement opportunities.
- Oversee inventory accounting, valuation, and control processes to ensure accuracy and optimize inventory performance.
- Partner with production, procurement, and engineering teams to identify cost drivers and implement cost reduction initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts by evaluating accounting processes, strengthening controls, and enhancing reporting capabilities.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred
- Proven cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, cost structures, and inventory accounting
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, D365, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills with the ability to influence decision-making across departments
