What your future day will look like:

• Prepare detailed and timely cost estimates and customer quotes for printing and labeling projects
• Review job specifications to determine materials, labor, equipment, and production requirements
• Update and maintain pricing data within the company’s MIS system
• Communicate with customers and sales partners to clarify specifications and resolve questions
• Partner closely with production, customer service, and management to ensure quotes are accurate and production-ready
• Identify opportunities to improve estimating accuracy, efficiency, and internal workflows
• Escalate complex or non-standard estimates to leadership when appropriate

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Experience in manufacturing, estimating, production planning, or operations
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn complex software systems independently
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis including ERP, MIS or business management systems
• Solid math skills for cost analysis, quantities, and pricing calculations
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Adobe Acrobat/Illustrator, or other customer-facing quoting tools
