Director of Quality & Process Improvement
Job Description
Salary: $110,000 to $120,000 annually + performance-based bonus

- A leading Nonwovens Manufacturer is seeking a Director of Quality and Process Improvement to lead the charge in refining systems, enhancing performance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
What your future day will look like:
- Champion operational excellence by streamlining workflows and eliminating inefficiencies/quality issues
- Build and maintain performance dashboards to track adherence to process and quality standards
- Collaborate across departments to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions
- Facilitate workshops and improvement events that empower teams to solve quality issues and innovate production processes
- Partner with leadership to align improvement efforts with strategic goals
- Promote a mindset of accountability and proactive problem-solving
- Evaluate cost-saving opportunities and validate impact in partnership with finance
- Share successful practices across teams to foster consistency and growth

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor of Science degree in a related field
- Experience leading quality and process improvement initiatives in a Textile/Nonwovens manufacturing setting
- Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Ability to develop and implement performance metrics and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Proven track record of driving measurable improvements and cost savings
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability

With over 12 years of recruiting experience, Chad began his recruiting career in the construction industry recruiting skilled trades professionals for commercial/industrial projects throughout the Southeast. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and sits on several educational advisory boards with technical schools in our area. He is a proud father of two boys (Hamilton & Miles) and husband to his wife, Lindsay, who is a teacher with Greenville County Schools. His hobbies include boating, fishing, and traveling to the beach.
