What your future day will look like:
- Design, install, and commission high?speed process equipment across domestic and international manufacturing operations
- Troubleshoot and improve existing machinery to drive performance, reliability, and safety
- Design and fabricate tooling, fixtures, and mechanical components to support production needs
- Perform reverse engineering on equipment and components to support upgrades and problem resolution
- Partner with external vendors and suppliers on equipment design, build, and integration
- Develop detailed drawings, technical documentation, and equipment training materials for plant personnel

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering discipline
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical design of production machinery and capital equipment
- Extensive experience designing, fabricating, installing, and commissioning high?speed manufacturing equipment
- Strong background in tooling and fixture design and hands?on mechanical assembly
- Proven expertise troubleshooting complex mechanical systems
- Proficiency in 3D design software including SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally in support of equipment development and production initiatives
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
