Industrial Engineer

$85,000–$100,000 annually

- This is a great opportunity for an Industrial Engineer who wants to play a key role in factory engineering for a growing electronics manufacturer, with exposure to both U.S. and international facilities!
- Perform detailed costing and cost structure analysis for the domestic manufacturing facility in Fountain Inn, SC
- Support cost analysis initiatives across international facilities in Juarez, El Salvador, Malaysia, and Northern Ireland
- Analyze manufacturing costs, labor, materials, overhead, and process efficiencies
- Manage and support the factory reclaim process for precious metals
- Track defective products and scrap materials containing precious metals
- Partner with recyclers to recover precious metals and validate reclaim value and revenue sharing
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and engineering teams

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering strongly preferred)
- 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing engineering experience
- Strong experience with costing, cost analysis, or cost structure modeling
- Exposure to multi-site or international manufacturing environments strongly preferred
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate findings clearly
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus

With over 12 years of recruiting experience, Chad began his recruiting career in the construction industry recruiting skilled trades professionals for commercial/industrial projects throughout the Southeast. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and sits on several educational advisory boards with technical schools in our area. He is a proud father of two boys (Hamilton & Miles) and husband to his wife, Lindsay, who is a teacher with Greenville County Schools.
