Salary: $42K with bonus

What your future day will look like:
• Serve as a key point of contact for inbound sales inquiries and client communications• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Collaborate with the outside sales team to support strategic sales initiatives
• Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and product information to prospective clients
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Track sales metrics and generate reports for management review

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred• 1+ years of inside sales experience in manufacturing-
plastics experience will be a huge plus!
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving

Chad Hardin has been with Godshall for 11 years. He and his team focus on engineering/manufacturing recruiting for companies located primarily here in the Upstate. With over 12 years of recruiting experience, Chad began his recruiting career in the construction industry recruiting skilled trades professionals for commercial/industrial projects throughout the Southeast. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and sits on several educational advisory boards with technical schools in our area. He is a proud father of two boys (Hamilton & Miles) and husband to his wife, Lindsay, who is a teacher with Greenville County Schools. His hobbies include boating, fishing, and traveling to the beach.
