What your future day will look like:
- Lead daily production and support a small production team
- Operate and troubleshoot Mimaki/Epson printers and Kongsberg cutters
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Ensure high print quality and accurate finishing
- Quote custom sign projects and assist with planning
- Handle local installations when needed
- Keep the shop organized and maintain efficient workflow
Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Ability to pass background check
- At least 3 years of experience in sign production
- Previous leadership experience preferred
