What your future day will look like:
- Leadership over: sales, operations, continuous improvement, financials, safety, and quality
- Full P&L responsibility for a shop location
- Develop a strong team through hiring and training
- Build trust with all members of your team
- Focus on continuous improvement efforts
- Stay hands-on on the shop floor
- Develop business strategy and annual operating plan
- Use data analysis to keep up with the market and internal KPIs

Louisa graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering and she started her career in energy optimization at Georgia Pacific. She then made the switch over to HR when she moved to the upstate area. She joined Godshall in 2021 and is now combining both passions as a member of our technical recruiting team. Louisa is a wife and mother to an adorable little boy, an active member of her book club and loves to travel all over the world.
