What your future day will look like:
- Lead strategic paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest to boost brand visibility and achieve business objectives.
- Optimize cross-channel performance by managing search, shopping, display, video, and social campaigns, ensuring efficiency and strong ROI.
- Implement retargeting and budget strategies to re-engage high-value audiences and align media spend with seasonal goals and performance targets.
- Collaborate and analyze by working with cross-functional teams and leveraging campaign data to generate insights, refine tactics, and support brand initiatives.   Â

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media or Communications
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing, implementing and analyzing paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, programmatic/CTV, and Amazon Ads)
- Strong knowledge of search, display, shopping, video, and paid social advertising.
- Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.) and data visualization tools.
- A/B Testing
- SEO
- Ecommerce platforms such as Shopify
