What is your perfect fit?

What your future day will look like:
- Develop innovative new products
- Use design software to conceptualize new designs
- Manage R&D projects from concept to production
- Research and stay up to date on competitor products and market trends
- Select appropriate materials for designs
- Work with simulation software and the simulation team to understand how design might work

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar field
- Knowledge of fluid systems and material selection
- Experience with coolant/refrigerant systems
- 5+ years in a mechanical design role

Louisa graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering and she started her career in energy optimization at Georgia Pacific. She then made the switch over to HR when she moved to the upstate area. She joined Godshall in 2021 and is now combining both passions as a member of our technical recruiting team.
