Are you an experienced and motivated Medical Assistant Lead or Supervisor looking for an opportunity to work with growing practice?

What your day will look like:

Supervise and support clinical staff including MA’s and other healthcare staff.
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, & regulatory requirements
Oversee scheduling, training, performance evaluations of clinical staff.
Collaborate with providers and administrative leadership to optimize patient flow and clinical efficiency

To be a champion in this role, you will need:,

Prior experience in a clincial management, supervisory, or team lead role
CMA certification or LPN license in state of SC
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in EMR systems
