What your day will look like:

• Assist customers and patients with their medical accounts
• Provide exceptional customer service by troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Document all call information accurately
• Collect payments
• Address customer and patient inquiries effectively

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Three years of customer service experience in an office setting
• An associate degree is preferred
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
