What your day will look like:
- Lead billing and collections operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with department protocols and regulatory requirements
- Conduct audits and analyze billing and intake procedures
- Monitor and report on trends in coding, charges, accounts receivable, and collections, providing insights to team
- Provide leadership and guidance to the billing team, foster positive work environment and driving improvement in revenue cycle performance.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Degree in accounting/finance/business required
- Experience in medical billing across multiple practices needed
