What your future day will look like:

Lead and oversee millwright crews to ensure safe, high-quality work
Coordinate daily operations to keep projects on time and on budget
Act as the main point of contact for clients and project teams
Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues or delays
Review timesheets and track workforce productivity
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial equipment and conveyor systems
Perform precision alignments on motors, gearboxes, and rollers
Read and execute work from blueprints and technical drawings
Operate and oversee heavy equipment including cranes and lifts
Promote safety, enforce regulations, and maintain a strong team environment

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

2+ years of millwright supervisory experience
4+ years of hands-on millwright experience
OSHA 30 certification (required); NCCER preferred
Strong skills in machinery installation, alignment, and troubleshooting
Experience with heavy equipment operation and rigging
Welding and fabrication abilities
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with large-scale or automated systems (AutoStore/EV battery a plus)
Must be able to do heavy travel (up to 100%)
