What your day will look like:

Conduct Pre-placement and Annual Employee Physical Assessments, Hearing Conservation and Pulmonary Program, Drug Screens, prepare charts/forms, and maintain associate medical records.
Administer first aid and treatment of minor injuries or any illness
Arrange transportation of injured associate to physician office/hospital
Provide direct patient care through first aid, physician referrals and follow up care to injured employees.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Four years clinical nursing experience with direct patient care
Current Registered Nurse with active SC license & BLS
Strong computer & documenting skills Word, Excel, EMR
