What your future day will look like:

• Assist in payroll preparation.
• Process new lien wavers
• Manage all accounts payable and post payments.
• Update new licensing.
• Assist with billing and input service charges.
• Handle other service issues as needed.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Strong computer skills with intermediate Excel proficiency
• 2+ years of payroll experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Solid oral/written communication
• QuickBooks understanding
