What your future day will look like:

Maintain product listings and respond to customer questions across phone, email, chat, social media, and online marketplaces.
Recommend products, guide purchasing decisions, nurture leads, and help convert inquiries into completed sales.
Build customer loyalty by resolving concerns, monitoring feedback, and creating positive buying experiences.
Develop online promotions, manage social content, support advertising efforts, and track competitor or market activity.
Coordinate with inventory and fulfillment teams to monitor availability, orders, deliveries, and service-related issues.
Review sales results and engagement metrics while identifying ways to improve performance and customer outreach.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

2+ years of online sales, e-commerce, or customer service experience.
Experience with online marketplaces, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
