Salary: $120,000 - $165,000

What your future day will look like:

Manage the deployment of operational frameworks, focusing on customer satisfaction with a sense of urgency, maintaining safety standards, while optimizing quality and productivity of 50 employees in a repair and manufacturing industrial environment.
Drive the financial targets by managing repair job martins, evaluating job cost, optimizing labor and working closely with buyer report to ensure efficiency in use of resources.
Continuously work to improve key metrics like quality, turnaround times, and customer delivery requirements through strategic problem-solving and consistent process improvements.
Ensure the safety and compliance by maintaining safety standards, enforce procedures, managing inspections and keeping employees up to date with proper certifications.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Technical background with industry knowledge in the electric motor and rotating apparatus repair would be a huge plus.
Bachelor’s degree followed by MBA is preferred to marry technical and financial experience.
10 or more years of work experience, including fast-paced supervisory experience in a service and manufacturing environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of motor and pump repair services including machining, electrical testing and assembling processes.
