Salary: $120,000 - $165,000

What your future day will look like:
  • Manage the deployment of operational frameworks, focusing on customer satisfaction with a sense of urgency, maintaining safety standards, while optimizing quality and productivity of 50 employees in a repair and manufacturing industrial environment.
  • Drive the financial targets by managing repair job martins, evaluating job cost, optimizing labor and working closely with buyer report to ensure efficiency in use of resources.
  • Continuously work to improve key metrics like quality, turnaround times, and customer delivery requirements through strategic problem-solving and consistent process improvements.
  • Ensure the safety and compliance by maintaining safety standards, enforce procedures, managing inspections and keeping employees up to date with proper certifications.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • Technical background with  industry knowledge in the electric motor and rotating apparatus repair would be a huge plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree followed by MBA is preferred to marry technical and financial experience.
  • 10 or more years of work experience, including fast-paced supervisory experience in a service and manufacturing environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of motor and pump repair services including machining, electrical testing and assembling processes.
