What your future day will look like:

• Managing the day-to-day production for 3 manufacturing areas
• Lead all Health & Safety initiatives
• Manage supply chain for sales orders, customer deliveries and inventory
• Partner with Quality Director to ensure protocols are developed and delivered
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of new and existing product lines, machinery and building maintenance
• Provide and deliver a continuous improvement environment
• Direction, training and performance of production staff
• Develop an operational schedule and provide feedback

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of management experience in manufacturing
• Ability to multi-task while delivering on deadlines
• Ability to develop and deliver KPIs consistently
