Salary: $100K + Commission

What your future day will look like:

  • Identify and develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers at key accounts and build partnerships to develop an in-depth understanding of their business.
  • Develop account-specific strategies to grow current products. The strategies you develop will address the customer needs, challenges, goals, performance metrics, product mix opportunities, and deployment.
  • Prepare and develop business proposals and contracts for management and customers. You will also present strategic plans to target accounts and gain commitment.
  • Manage customer queries, as well as coordinate with the leadership team to handle start up and current account activities.
  • Execute specific account strategies that could require adjustments depending on the business development process. while monitoring and reporting on performance.
  • Expected to meet or exceed sales goals as established by the Leadership team.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field with least 5 years of relevant Sales experience.
  • Working knowledge of the Point of Sale (POS), retail, restaurant, hospitality, or other related industry. Experience in the payment device space is a plus.
  • An individual with a competitive drive for excellence that is target oriented and customer focused.
  • Ability to effectively interact with customers at all levels and maintain relationships with various levels of decision makers and influencers.
  • High level of oral and written communication skills.
  • Possess strong computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets and use Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) to analyze data and trends.
  • Ability to work with several individuals and customers while showing independence in balancing and prioritizing their requests.
  • Requires experience in handling multiple work assignments and accounts concurrently.
  • Individual must be able to meet the sales expectations as set forth by the organization to drive growth and personal success.
  • Ability to work extended / flexible hours and domestic travel as needed. This position requires employee to be in the office daily, except when traveling.

Ginny Beach
VP of Operations

Ginny Beach has been a member of the Godshall team since 1994. She currently oversees all recruiting and staffing operations for Godshall. Prior to working at Godshall, Ginny worked as a recruiter in the Philadelphia area. She has a master's degree from the University of Maryland and a bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston. Like a lot of her colleagues, she is also a Certified Staffing Professional through the American Staffing Associate. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army, the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau of the Upstate, and the Business Advocacy Committee of the Chamber of Commerce. She has also served on the Board of Connections, Women Leaders of the Upstate, and has been involved with United Way's Success By 6 campaign.  Ginny continues to have a passion for understanding the needs of the companies we serve and matching candidates with a great career. In her spare time, she enjoys running, cycling, and spending time with her husband and two children.
