Part-Time Community Engagement Admin
Job Description

What your future day will look like:
- Provide administrative support to ministry leaders by managing communications, scheduling, and coordination efforts.
- Organize meetings, events, and activities, including room reservations, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and tracking systems for attendance, engagement, and ministry data.
- Support planning and execution of outreach events, mission activities, and trips, including travel and documentation.
- Coordinate communication efforts such as newsletters, promotional materials, and updates across teams.
- Assist with gallery management and arts programming, including volunteer coordination and event execution.
- Hours are 9a-2p M-F and occasional evenings during ministry events

Type: Contract to Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database or data tracking systems
- Experience in administrative support, event coordination, or ministry support preferred
- Positive, team oriented mindset with a service focused approach

Graduating from Clemson University with a degree in marketing, she started her career as a District Manager for ADP before moving into pharmaceutical sales. She is heavily involved in the community serving as a member on the Women of St. Francis Foundation, South Carolina Upstate Paralegal Association, and actively involved at her church First Presbyterian. Catherine is a wife and mother to three children, a zealous runner, and a cycle instructor at the Caine Halter YMCA.
