- Are you knowledgeable in medical billing and excel with patient customer service?

What your day will look like:
- Manage incoming and outgoing patient calls to process payments and provide thorough and detailed answers to questions regarding the account.
- Collections and crediting of money on accounts as needed, arrange payment plans
- Answer incoming calls regarding to patient accounts, billing, insurance, and claim inquires.

- Experience in medical billing
- Skilled patient communication skills with ability to establish patient relationships
- EMR experience needed
