What your future day will look like:
- Manage bi-weekly payroll in ADP Workforce Now by ensuring the accuracy of employee pay rates, salaries,
- commissions, bonuses, time worked, paid leave, holidays, deductions, and address updates.
- Ensure the correct processing of deductions for taxes, insurance, and 401(k) contributions.
- Handle bi-weekly journal entries, reconciling tax withholdings and benefits, and coordinating with Accounts Payable for health insurance payments.
- Monitor tax filings and manage monthly sales commission administration using Performio, ensuring precise commission payments and data uploads to ADP.
- Calculate and process annual bonus and incentive payments, prepare annual reports for various surveys, and reconcile contractor hours with staffing firm invoices.
- Support the Human Resources team by administering the random drug and alcohol test program.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- BS in Accounting or Business coupled with 2 years of proven experience in payroll
- Ability to pass background, credit check and drug test

Cathy is a Greenville native who graduated from Clemson with a BS in Business Management. After working for 3 years for Babies R Us in both human resources and inventory control management roles, she joined Godshall in 1999 as a Recruiter and Staffing Specialist. Her primary recruiting focus is in banking, accounting, human resources, legal and administrative placements. She is involved in St. Francis Forum, NALS, Covenant United Methodist Church and Northwood Little League. This breast cancer survivor lives life the fullest by cheering on her two boys in baseball, watching her alma mater play every Saturday during the fall, and splurging on an occasional bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
