What your future day will look like:

Process multi-state payroll from start to finish, including regular and off-cycle runs with full accuracy and compliance.
Review and reconcile payroll data, including wages, deductions, taxes, and general ledger postings.
Maintain and audit timekeeping records within the HRIS system to ensure proper payroll inputs.
Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollments, changes, and employee support.
Support month-end and year-end processes, including reporting, reconciliations, and W?2 preparation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve payroll or benefits issues and improve processes.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

3+ years of end-to-end payroll experience, including multi-state processing
Proven experience administering employee benefits programs
Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and HR best practices
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions
Experience working within HRIS/payroll systems, with UKG preferred
High attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines and handle confidential information
