Payroll Supervisor

What your future day will look like:
•   Oversee and manage the accurate and timely processing of payrolls for multiple clients.
•   Review payroll data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
•   Serve as the primary escalation point for complex payroll and timekeeping issues.
•   Supervise, train, mentor, and support payroll team members to ensure high-quality service and productivity.
•   Monitor workflow, establish priorities, and ensure payroll deadlines are consistently met.
•   Maintain confidential company and employee information within payroll software.
•   Provide exceptional customer service by communicating payroll deadlines, assisting with payroll-related inquiries, and offering light software support.
•   Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, efficiency, and internal controls.
•   Assist with special projects

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
•   High school diploma (required)
•   Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area (preferred)
•   Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Cathy is a Greenville native who graduated from Clemson with a BS in Business Management. After working for 3 years for Babies R Us in both human resources and inventory control management roles, she joined Godshall in 1999 as a Recruiter and Staffing Specialist. Her primary recruiting focus is in banking, accounting, human resources, legal and administrative placements. She is involved in St. Francis Forum, NALS, Covenant United Methodist Church and Northwood Little League. This breast cancer survivor lives life the fullest by cheering on her two boys in baseball, watching her alma mater play every Saturday during the fall, and splurging on an occasional bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
