- Direct plant operations to achieve safety, quality, and productivity objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve performance and operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and process bottlenecks.
- Develop performance metrics and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
- Oversee production planning, inventory management, and resource allocation.
- Improve equipment reliability through preventive maintenance and root-cause analysis.
- Coach and develop leaders and staff to strengthen organizational capabilities.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree/MBA preferred but open to equivalent experience Â
- Experience in implementing new programs
- Extensive experience driving operational excellence through inventory management, supply chain coordination, safety, quality systems, facilities oversight, preventive maintenance programs, KPI management, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives

Louisa graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering and she started her career in energy optimization at Georgia Pacific. She then made the switch over to HR when she moved to the upstate area. She joined Godshall in 2021 and is now combining both passions as a member of our technical recruiting team. Louisa is a wife and mother to an adorable little boy, an active member of her book club and loves to travel all over the world.
