What your future day will look like:
- Support production - technical & quality
- Resolve issues
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes using SPC
- Design and optimize production systems
- Maintain process documentation and inspection standards
- Generate and manage non-conformance reports
- Transition inspection from 100% checks to sampling
- Implement and train on SPC systems
- Advise on materials and equipment
- Interpret customer specs for NPI and improvements
- Develop and qualify processes
- Support cost estimates and feasibility studies
- Lead cost-reduction and process improvement projects
- Approve new component processes
- Apply Lean/Six Sigma to improve performance metrics
- Participate in Kaizen events

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Mechanical Engineering degree or 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and engineering
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt preferred
- 3+ years in a process engineering role
