What your future day will look like:

Lead production operations for facility in Union, S.C.
Participate in process improvement projects and Kaizen events
Mentor and train of new production associates
Promote/encourage high performance & positive culture
Work with multiple internal departments ensuring company production goals are met
Support safety standards ensuring that a strong safety culture is fostered throughout the facility

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Bachelors degree in a related field is highly preferred
3+ years of manufacturing/production leadership experience
Bilingual skillset (English/Spanish) will be a huge plus!
Prior experience in the Textiles Industry will be a huge plus!
Strong understanding of production operations and process improvement
Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
