Salary: $120,000 to $150,000

What your future day will look like:
- Direct daily chemical production operations for facility
- Manage all levels of employee activity, training and development
- Work with various department heads including the Technical Manager, Quality Manager, Site Manager & Maintenance Manager ensuring production goals and product quality meet/exceed standards
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects
- Serve as a mentor to production staff fostering performance and a positive culture
- Promote safety standards ensuring a strong safety culture
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelors degree Chemical Engineering or Chemistry is required
- 5+ years of chemicals manufacturing leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes and operations
- Experience working in an ISO 9001, GMP/GLP/Food regulated manufacturing facility
- Strong understanding of quality, continuous improvement and safety
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)

With over 12 years of recruiting experience, Chad began his recruiting career in the construction industry recruiting skilled trades professionals for commercial/industrial projects throughout the Southeast. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and sits on several educational advisory boards with technical schools in our area. He is a proud father of two boys (Hamilton & Miles) and husband to his wife, Lindsay, who is a teacher with Greenville County Schools. His hobbies include boating, fishing, and traveling to the beach.
