• Supervise plant production while adhering to company policies and safety protocols
• Analyze machinery and equipment for efficiency
• Plan production schedules and assign orders
• Document production data into ERP system

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Engineering degree or relevant experience preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role
• Experience using an ERP system
• Desire to improve processes and results
