Salary: $60,000 to $70,000

What your future day will look like:

• Execute/oversee production scheduling/planning activities to ensure production goals are met   
• Work with multiple departments throughout the facility to plan proper production schedules so that customer demands are satisfied  
• Work with logistics, purchasing & manufacturing to review data identifying forecast trends and resolve any production delays/issues 
• Manage inventory levels to ensure raw materials are at adequate levels for production operations.
• Document and prepare reports on a regular basis for management focusing on production activities, raw material/inventory levels along with any areas of concern   
• Participate in continuous improvement projects as needed.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or related field is preferred
• 4+ years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment
• In-depth experience managing inventory levels for a production facility
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles 
• Strong data interpretation/analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proficiency with production planning software/ERP systems
