Industrial Project Manager
Job Description
Salary: $90,000–$120,000 (based on experience)

What your future day will look like:
- Plan and manage industrial construction projects, including scope, schedules, manpower, and budgets
- Provide day-to-day leadership and support to project teams and field personnel
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors/vendors, internal departments, and employees to maximize project operations
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Review/manage change orders, purchase orders, and submittals
- Ensure projects meet safety requirements, building codes, and quality standards
- Visit project sites on a regular basis to support field operations and personnel ensuring projects are being executed properly
- Oversee material purchasing, equipment coordination, billing and proper documentation
- Maintain clear communication with clients, addressing questions and providing project updates

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Degree or technical training in construction management is highly preferred
- 3+ years of industrial construction project management experience
- Proficiency managing project schedules, labor/subcontractor planning, and material procurement/sourcing
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other related software

He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and sits on several educational advisory boards with technical schools in our area. He is a proud father of two boys (Hamilton & Miles) and husband to his wife, Lindsay, who is a teacher with Greenville County Schools. His hobbies include boating, fishing, and traveling to the beach.
