What your future day will look like:
- Manage the monthly project accounting cycle, including revenue recognition, project costs, profitability, forecasting and billing projections.
- Manage monthly billing process and produce client invoices.
- Align project budgets with contract terms and maintain project data in the accounting system.
- Handle accounts receivables/collections, follow up with clients, and work with Project Managers on receivables.
- Prepare financial analysis, prepare schedules and reports for clients, and assist the Controller with various tasks, including audits and tax-related reporting.
- Highlight any discrepancies, issues, and suggestions to the Controller.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Ability to pass background check and credit check
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, finance or a related field required
- 5+ years in a project accounting role
- Proficiency in Excel
