What your future day will look like:
- Manage budgets and cost accounting records for multiple projects.
- Track project expenses, labor, subcontractor costs, and materials to ensure budget adherence.
- Prepare monthly financial reports with variance analysis and provide project managers with financial insights.
- Process client invoices per contract terms, reconcile revenues and costs for accurate reporting.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Ensure GAAP compliance, support audits, and collaborate across teams to maintain financial integrity.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Ability to pass background check and credit check
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related degree
- 5+ years of accounting experience in engineering, architecture or construction field
