Salary: $100,000 – 120,000

What your future day will look like:

• Coordination and execution of engineering projects
• Create and maintain project charters, GANTT charts and time schedules to ensure company procedures and guidelines
• Identify resources needed to fulfill projects
• Monitor project progress to ensure quality requirements, timeline milestones and cost targets are met
• Maintain an open line of communication with customers, project core team members and suppliers
• Prepare project presentations and create engineering reports
• Support program launches at other company locations as needed

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• B.S. in Engineering required
• 3+ years of experience in project engineering
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Excellent mathematical, analytical and computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of AIAG Core Tools and TS-16949 preferred
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including international travel
