What your future day will look like:
- Pre-project research – site analysis, feasibility studies, risk assessments
- Aid in the permitting process
- Help with developing site plans and aligning with zoning regulations
- Bid analysis and onboarding selected contractors, managing as projects progress
- Track project timeline and budgets
- Reporting of project progress to stakeholders
- Resolve any problems that arise as projects progress

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years in a project manager role
- Experience in land or lot development
- Knowledge of the permitting, zoning, and entitlement process
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

Louisa graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering and she started her career in energy optimization at Georgia Pacific. She then made the switch over to HR when she moved to the upstate area. She joined Godshall in 2021 and is now combining both passions as a member of our technical recruiting team. Louisa is a wife and mother to an adorable little boy, an active member of her book club and loves to travel all over the world.
