- Are you an experienced Healthcare Benefits Project Manager with a strong understanding of Third-Party Administrator (TPA) operations, including claims administration, eligibility management, vendor integrations, and healthcare benefit plans?
- Hiring Immediately!
What your day will look like:
Â
- Oversee client implementations, operational initiatives, and cross-functional projects to ensure successful delivery of TPA services including claims administration, eligibility, and vendor integrations.
- Coordinate across internal teams (claims, eligibility, IT, client services to ensure readiness
- Oversee vendor integrations of networks, telehealth, etc
- Work closely with claims and eligibility teams to ensure proper set up and administration
- Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation & major initiatives

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

- Knowledge of TPA operations, claims processing, eligibility, vendors, etc.
- Experience with claims administration, eligibility, or account management needed
- Familiarity of benefit plans such as medical, ancillary, or self-funded.
- Experience working with PBM’s provider networks or third-party vendors
