What your future day will look like:
- Manage client accounting activities within QuickBooks Online, ensuring financial records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Reconcile sales activity from platforms such as Stripe, Square, Shopify, and other third-party systems.
- Prepare and file multi-state sales tax returns while maintaining compliance with applicable requirements.
- Review payroll reports and prepare accurate payroll journal entries within QuickBooks Online.
- Analyze financial statements, investigate discrepancies, and identify unusual balances or transactions.
- Communicate directly with clients to resolve questions, provide guidance, and support their accounting needs.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of PUBLIC ACCOUNTING experience with strong general ledger and financial reporting knowledge
- Advanced QuickBooks Online experience required
- Experience with sales tax compliance and multi-state filings preferred
- Familiarity with retail, hospitality, and third-party transaction platforms such as Stripe, Square, and Shopify
- Strong understanding of payroll reporting and payroll-related journal entries
- Self-motivated, client-focused professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Clean background and personal credit
- Remote for SC residents
