What your future day will look like:
- Vendor management – foster strong supplier relationships
- Contract negotiation – obtain quotes and analyze bids
- Purchase order oversight – generating POs
- Collaborate with internal teams – planning, engineering, customer service, logistics, production, accounting
- Correct discrepancies with orders

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in a purchasing role
- Experience using an ERP system (SAP a plus)
- Strong advanced excel skills is a plus
- Ability to travel 10% to customer sites

Louisa graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering and she started her career in energy optimization at Georgia Pacific. She then made the switch over to HR when she moved to the upstate area. She joined Godshall in 2021 and is now combining both passions as a member of our technical recruiting team.
