- We’re seeking a Purchasing Assistant for a contract opportunity with a company that values precision, communication, and teamwork.

- Contract will last 60-90 days.
What your future day will look like:
- Enter and maintain purchase and manufacturing orders, including updates for pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with vendors to confirm orders and ensure timely shipments
- Track and manage rehandle orders and incoming components for production
- Collaborate with Receiving to resolve discrepancies in order quantities
- Monitor and update shipping details and documentation for all orders
- Support Customer Service and Sales teams with direct shipment orders and sample tracking
- Prepare monthly vendor performance reports
- Maintain clear, consistent communication across departments
- Keep your workspace organized and contribute to a positive team environment

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior purchasing administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
